These terms and conditions have been last updated. Continued use of the platform means you have accepted these terms.

Introduction General Overview & Acceptance

77nd is an online gaming platform that provides entertainment gaming services for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 77nd website, mobile version, and all related services. From the moment you access this page, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms.

2 Account Registration & Security

When creating an account on the 77nd platform, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for the following:

Keeping your login credentials (username and password) confidential and secure is solely your responsibility.
You are fully responsible for all activities carried out from your account, including access by third parties.
Transferring or selling account credentials to anyone else is strictly prohibited.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately.
If your personal information (address, contact number, etc.) changes, you must update your account details in a timely manner.

Terms Relating to Financial Transactions

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

77nd provides safe and fast transaction facilities through the most widely used mobile financial services in Bangladesh. Approved payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 for each method.
Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
Withdrawal time: Generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes after the request is approved.
You must use a payment method registered in your own name; transactions from someone else's account are not permitted.
An identity verification process (KYC) may be required before a withdrawal can be processed.
77nd reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account in the case of fraudulent or suspicious transactions.

Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. All transactions are secured through SSL encryption.

4 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

77nd offers various promotional offers and bonuses. Each offer has specific terms that the user must follow.

Welcome Bonus:

100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
Example: Deposit ৳18,000 and receive the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳26,000.
Wagering requirement: You must wager 10 times the bonus amount.
Example: For a ৳1,000 bonus, winnings from the bonus can only be withdrawn after a total of ৳10,000 has been wagered.
Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit plus bonus.

If any irregularity or breach of terms is found in relation to a bonus, 77nd reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus and any associated winnings. Misuse of bonus benefits is strictly prohibited.

5 VIP Program & Cashback

77nd operates a three-tier VIP program. Weekly cashback benefits apply at each tier:

Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
Gold: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

You can be promoted to a higher tier based on your gaming activity. The detailed criteria for VIP tier changes are determined by 77nd and are subject to change. Any such changes will not affect previously earned benefits.

Platform Usage & Code of Conduct

6 Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

77nd is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. The activities listed below are strictly prohibited, and if detected, may result in permanent account closure:

Operating games using software, bots, automated scripts, or artificial intelligence.
Intentionally exploiting any technical error or vulnerability in the platform.
Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses or benefits.
Conducting money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
Acting fraudulently toward other users or demeaning them.
Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems.
Operating an account by providing false or misleading information.

If these rules are violated, 77nd may freeze the account and its balance until an investigation is completed.

7 Gaming Services & Content

All games are operated using RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which ensures fair play.
If your internet connection is lost during a game, that round will be completed automatically and the result will be saved.
If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, the bet for that round will be cancelled and refunded.
In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final.

Using 77nd's brand name, logo, or trademarks without permission.

13 Service Cancellation & Account Closure

14 Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

If resolution through discussion is not possible, the dispute will be settled through arbitration via a neutral third party. If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining Terms will remain fully in effect.
